Snow Day!

Today we woke up to a winter wonderland outside our windows! Okay, so maybe not a total wonderland of fluffy, white snowy goodness, but when you're Harrison's size, an inch or two of snowfall makes a big difference in the world around you.

Today is only the third of November and we hadn't even gotten a chance to take a picture of Harrison with his Halloween pumpkin before the snow did a number on all our pumpkins.  Unfortunately his once, single toothed grinning jack-o-lantern has shriveled into an eighty year old man jack-o-lantern in a matter of days out in the frigid winter-in-fall weather.

He seems to think that's pretty funny though!

Here are a few pictures of Harrison's first encounter with SNOW...

What do you do when you're six months old and get your hands on something new?
Why put it in your mouth of course!
Mmm, snow is yummy.
Bet it feels good on that new tooth that just cut through today though, huh Baby?
...upon further [and larger] inspection, it turns out he was not a fan.

Harrison's very first snowman!

You know babies are very forgetful, so he tried some snow again.
Mmm. Just don't eat the yellow snow little baby!

Flying through the sky like a beautiful little snowflake!

I am so excited for the cooler weather and can't wait to make a real [big] snowman with Harrison. We've got to get this little mini a snowsuit. Maybe we'll put that on the list of things we need to coax Grandma into buying while she visits next week! *wink, *wink.
